Kelsey Hunter is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and caregivers navigating autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD, and trauma. Alongside direct client work, she also provides clinical supervision for BCBA candidates, mentorship for practicing BCBAs, and consultation for agencies looking to strengthen their systems and clinical care
Kelsey believes in a clinically rigorous, whole-person centered approach that values empathy and behavior in context. She approaches her work from the perspective that clinical rigor and empathy are not mutually exclusive — rather, meaningful, lasting outcomes are built on both
