School Consultation

I operated as the lead BCBA for over 3 years working across elementary, middle school, special education and general education settings, I've helped schools move from reactive behavior management to proactive, data-driven support — reducing restrictive interventions, cutting down crisis response time, and giving staff practical tools they actually use.
